Return Policy

It is our hope that our products will delight you and you'll never need to read the rest of this page. In the unlikely event you do need to return a Racecomp product, here are the terms:

If you have a warranty concern, call us first, and we'll discuss what's going on and how to proceed. We stand by our products and will provide support to the best of our abilities.

If you want to return your Racecomp purchase for other reasons -- you changed your mind, or your wrecked or sold your car, or your life partner found out how much you spent and freaked out (hey, it happens), please read the rest of this page.

To initiate a non-warranty return, contact our customer service department for a return authorization. Returns without a return authorization will be refused.

ONLY uninstalled, new-condition items may be returned. Returns must be completed within 15 days of receipt of the product. Any product that has been installed on a car -- even for a few seconds -- cannot be returned. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Cancellation of special orders (where we source an item specifically for you) will be subject to a 25% service charge.

Any returned item will be subject to inspection upon return. If the item is found to be in like-new, resellable condition, your purchase price minus restocking fee will be credited. If the returned items are damaged and/ or missing components, your credit amount will be reduced at our discretion. Note that coilovers are very heavy, and if they are not packaged correctly, they will contact each other in shipping (resulting in damage); they may even exit the shipping box. Call if you need advice on return shipping and packaging.

Prior to returning your item(s), we ask that you provide us with a tracking number for your return shipment to us, and also require that the item be insured for the full retail price. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping, handling and insurance costs of any and all returns to Racecomp Engineering. Used, closeout or other "not-new" items are sold on a final basis only, and cannot be returned for any reason, except if their condition is anything short of what Racecomp Engineering described to you.
